- AERATION at REGULAR INTERVALS of all COMMON ENVIRONMENTS
- Use of GLOVES and DISPOSABLE CLOTHS for CLEANING and SANITIZING operations
- WASHING of linen and table linen at the MAXIMUM PERMITTED TEMPERATURE
